I love that you post Vlogs! I need to start doing this. I’ve been exploring and writing about mindfulness a lot lately. It’s such a great idea and thought!
I love this vlog! This is so inspirational! I, along with so many other people look for inspiration, which there is not a lot of today. Appreciate the little things. Thank you for inspiring me and so many others!
Hey !
I have a doubt. For positive thinking to develop in a person, he should be willing. But if he is willing, it means that he is a positive guy. IF he were negative, he wouldn’t be willing to listen to our boost talks. Then how can we motivate such persons ! ?
I am asking this humbly — no ‘pride and prejudice’
Thank YOu !
Great Vlog and great advice. Also, check this out: http://www.healthylifestyle.recipes/2015/07/the-importance-of-being-happy-self-worth-can-do-attitude.html
Love this vlog, I have to try.Thank you for inspiring me
I think mindfulness is a great thing – but one difficulty I had was staying aware without the mind wandering off.
My solution?
It’s simple. I tend to wear a watch on my left wrist. Whenever there’s a time I want to be particularly mindful of my surroundings I swap the watch over to the right. This small change is noticeable – as anyone who wears a watch will probably agree. You constantly spot it in this different place.
Each time I notice it I remember I did it to remind myself to be mindful.
Little changes like this are like putting a “knot in your handkerchief”, as the saying goes – in this case a constant small reminder to stay aware of my surroundings.
