What to do when your life sucks

Today, while having my gym session, I was thinking how way too often I hear people around me saying things like ‘I’m so fat’, ‘My life sucks’, ‘I never have money for anything’, ‘People don’t like me’, ‘Old ladies and teenagers have a better sex life than me’, ‘I can’t change’, ‘It’s too difficult’, ‘I hate my job’ and so on and so on. The funny thing is that now as I look back, the once completely abstract idea has started to make more and more sense in my life. Continue reading

The only difficulty is to actually notice it around you and embrace it. I believe that being attentive to those perfect little moments of enjoying an amazing landscape or the sunbeams on your skin is crucial in the overall experience of happiness and fulfilment.
