It’s hard to find a person who hasn’t heard about the need to eat healthy. We hear almost every day that the preservatives in food are bad for us, that eating sugar causes wrinkles, diabetes and cancer and that eating greasy foods leads to heart diseases. Still, it seems that often times people LISTEN to all the advice but don’t actually end up HEARING it. Continue reading

Christina Aguilera – The Voice Within
Today’s music inspiration is very special. Hardly ever do we find a song expressing so much truth and value any more.
Christina Aguilera’s ‘The Voice Within’ is a song I used to like a lot as a child. It moved me deeply by its sadness but back then I didn’t quite understand or realize what it was actually about. If I did, perhaps I would have saved myself a few tears and bad decisions… Continue reading
Big girls don’t cry… Do they?
Do you ever feel completely powerless, unable to move? Do you ever feel confused with life, not knowing what to do with it? Do you ever find yourself crying because of the enormous pain growing inside you for no apparent reason? And it all makes you feel even worse about yourself because in the end you have nothing to complain about. After all, there are people in this world who are starving, have no roof above their head or are fighting with cancer. And you find yourself so horribly ungrateful, even spoiled for crying over your life. Well, I must tell you, you are not alone. I have also suffered from the feelings of pointlessness, feeling powerless and confused, asking myself ‘When does it all end? Where am I headed? What am I to do with myself?’. Continue reading

Start believing – start achieving
I would like to share with you an amazing video I have come across a few days ago. I’ve known Anthony Robbins and his teachings for quite a long time now, but this particular interview shook me completely. The famous coach interviews two self-made multimillionaires, who have earned their fortunes working online. In the video, they all brainstorm the reasons and differences between people who succeed hugely and those, who struggle for years to make a dime. Continue reading

Let it be
Do you ever feel as if your life was a struggle? That you constantly fight against the current and all your plans seem to shutter for reasons independent from you? Well, you’re not alone there. In life, I often found myself fighting for love, money, jobs, friendships, places… However, what I’ve found is that sometimes it’s better to just let it be and let things go. We are all a part of the universe and the universe knows what’s best for us. At a particular moment, it might seem that everything is against us, but in fact it’s never so. It’s just that we might need time to see the true reasons for certain phenomenons happening in our lives. Continue reading
Quotes time: Keep on going!
When you try to make a huge change it usually happens that life gives you obstacles to test you how much you actually want what you’re after. The key to success is not to give up that easily and keep on going.
Here are a few quotes that will help you stay motivated! Johnny Depp knows what he’s talking about 😉 Continue reading
Jennifer Lopez – Let’s get loud
This one is pretty old but it somehow doesn’t lose it’s charm with time. This is a perfect song for the summer and there is some great advice on how to live hidden in the lyrics too! 😉

What to do when your life sucks
Today, while having my gym session, I was thinking how way too often I hear people around me saying things like ‘I’m so fat’, ‘My life sucks’, ‘I never have money for anything’, ‘People don’t like me’, ‘Old ladies and teenagers have a better sex life than me’, ‘I can’t change’, ‘It’s too difficult’, ‘I hate my job’ and so on and so on. For me, all of these statements fall into one huge category called ‘complaining’. Seriously people, I don’t mean to offend anyone but it seems that somehow we have become a generation which expects a lot and yet is not particularly willing to put much effort in it. We want things to happen to us just like that, for free. The thing is, it doesn’t work this way. If you want to change something, then stop complaining and do something about it. Continue reading
